If you are looking for a holiday, you will find there are a few places that are just as fantastic for a honeymoon as Jamaica. Since you are starting a new life together, the honeymoon does not have to be romantic. It can be filled with adventures that the two of you will share forever. One of the favorite places to go in Jamaica is to the Blue Mountains. The Blue Mountains are located near Kingston. This is where you will find all the great tasty coffee. There are beautiful mountains, rainforests, rivers and beaches for everyone to enjoy.

Another great place in Jamaica is Dunn's River Falls. This is a natural wonder in Jamaica. The waterfalls are beautiful to see and climb to the top of with or without a guide. Many people spend hours just exploring the area around the waterfalls. It is filled with natural beauty, and some exotic animals. If you are the adventurous type, you can go to Dolphin Cove, which is near Dunn's River Falls. This is where you can take a tour of the jungle trail and see so many exotic animals as well as some beautiful the macaws and other tropical birds. At Dolphins Cove, you can swim with the dolphins, touch them, frolic with them and have fun.

Your holiday to Jamaica might even include a canopy tour this is so exciting and thrilling. You use pulleys and harnesses to move about from platform to platform to get around the area of Laughlands River Gorge. If you are more of an adventurous type person that wants to keep your feet on the ground, you can visit Green Grotto Caves. You can explore the caves and tunnels that were once frequented by runaway slaves and pirates. While touring the caves, you will see the artworks that were left over from centuries ago. There is one place, which is underground, and can only be accessed by boat. Grotto Lake is a great place for seclusion and a romantic getaway.

If you enjoy rafting, you are going to enjoy rafting on the Rio Grande. A guide will take you down the Rio Grande past some of the banana plantations and through the limestone cave that is now known as the tunnel of love. There are other things to do in the area after your two-hour trip down the Rio Grande. Jamaica is known for its beautiful rainforest, beaches and jungles. You might even decide to go snorkeling in Montego Bay. The Marine Park is filled with coral reefs for exploring. You can even visit the Bogue Lagoon by canoe. You could also take a glass bottom boat ride or do some fishing. There is so much to do in this area when you take your honeymoon.

A honeymoon to Jamaica is exciting and filled with adventure. One can enjoy the beaches with the warm sun or do some sightseeing on land, in the air and from the water. Everybody enjoys a true adventure no matter what time of year they go.
