One of the funniest lines I have ever heard in a movie is in the Three Amigo's when a maiden who is captured by banditos is asked, as she is being lead to the gang leaders el Guapo's bedroom:

While most macho posturing by men suggests that we loathe foreplay, anticipation, and sexual tension it is of course, bull! So since we are all enlightened men who actually enjoy the act of sex (and not just getting our rocks off) and care about the women we share our beds with taking the same pleasure in sex: here is just a few tips to ensure you're a great lover for her.

Number one is to move slowly. With rare exception it simply takes a bit longer and is more complicated for a women to become aroused. Hold her and rub her through her clothes. Run a few bases on the couch before you take to the bedroom and start ripping off her clothes in record time turbo!

Taking it slow can be a great way to tease her and get her as excited as you are. The principle of taking two steps forward and one step back applies to foreplay just as it does in the seduction process. Don't try to take off an article of clothing all at once.
